“What changed after you introduced that new process?”
Practice your story.
Not a script.
Answerloom helps job seekers turn real work stories into confident interview practice. It asks follow-ups based on what you’ve actually done, gives evidence-linked feedback, and helps shape a clearer answer without inventing achievements.
For practice and reflection. You control what you share and what you use.
Practice scores use a transparent 1–4 rubric and are paired with the words they refer to.
Build from what you’ve done. Improve how you tell it.
The coach starts with your real examples, then adapts one question at a time. You can review the evidence, edit your story profile, and keep only advice that feels true to you.
Start with real examples
Share work, school, volunteer, or project stories and the role you’re preparing for.
Practice the hard follow-up
Answer role-relevant questions; the next prompt responds to what you actually said.
See what to sharpen
Use an observable rubric, exact answer quotes, and a rewrite grounded in your own evidence.
See a six-question practice session.
Sample mode: this walkthrough uses a fictional candidate and prewritten feedback. It does not analyze your answers or call Claude.
This prototype keeps the session in page memory only. If live mode is enabled, your text is sent through Vercel to Anthropic. Don’t enter passwords, confidential employer data, or information you don’t want processed.
“A good coach helps you hear your own answer more clearly.”
Evidence before persona. Strengths and practice areas are tentative suggestions tied to examples you supplied; you can reject or edit them.
Specific, not “brutal.” The rubric points to observable parts of an answer—clarity, specificity, impact, structure, and role relevance. It is a practice aid, not an objective measure of your potential.
Your facts stay yours. Rewrites are returned as sentences with source quotes; sentences without matching evidence are filtered out.
Practice—not a promise of a job.
